The Initial Game Pass Titles of 2026 Reveal Xbox Remains Committed.

Everywhere you go, enthusiasts continue to ring the death bells for the Xbox brand. Xbox was recently outsold by a lesser-known competitor. Platform-specific outlets are now publishing content on PS5 topics as a new development. The past year represented a period of total upheaval for Xbox and Microsoft. Yet, based exclusively on what's coming to Game Pass in 2026, it's evident that the green gaming company remains determined to attract subscribers with compelling titles on its premier subscription.

The Available Now Titles

A pair of titles currently accessible at this moment, Brews & Bastards and Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition, don't represent the biggest draws. Rather, it's what is coming to Game Pass over the next few weeks that's worth getting excited about.

Significant Forthcoming Releases

Starting January 13th, the platform will add the often-overlooked Star Wars Outlaws, an open-world game that breaks up conventional open-world tropes with a cosmic robbery tale. A further major acquisition is Resident Evil Village with its iconic tall vampire, previously described as "a superb mixture of terror and combat."

Noteworthy Smaller Games

But even the smaller games set to join the catalog are quite compelling. Lost In Random: The Eternal Die, the criminally overlooked roguelike that is incredibly fun, arrives January 7th — and you should try it regardless of whether you played the first Lost in Random game.

The game set in a ruined Britain from last year might get its hooks in you in about 15 minutes flat.

Atomfall, a game blending infiltration and resource management by the makers of Sniper Elite, is another one to watch. Game Pass Ultimate subscribers also have Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine – Master Crafted Edition to look forward to.

A Solid, Curated Lineup

Ultimately, these titles aren't industry-shaking releases to Game Pass, and they are also not first-party juggernauts that are the sole reason for the service alone. However, this batch of games are rock solid. The lineup provides a solid mix of past releases that passed you by and relatively recent releases that didn't get the attention they were due initially — which makes them perfect candidates to get a second chance on Game Pass.

Be prepared to say goodbye to The Grinch Christmas Adventures, however.
