Research Reveals Polar Bear DNA Variations Could Assist Adaptation to Rising Temperatures

Experts have observed modifications in polar bear DNA that may enable the creatures adjust to increasingly warm environments. This research is considered to be the primary instance where a meaningful association has been identified between rising heat and shifting DNA in a wild mammal species.
